His dismissal of the importance of winning red states is irrelevant after weeks and weeks of him claiming his string of victories is red states justifies his campaign continuing and proves that he has momentum? How so? Do you have a non-bullshit answer this time?
If you think the only reason a progressive would vote for Hillary Clinton is that she is a woman, you are the one who is grossly misinformed.
Fun story! I was walking through Wash Sq Park today and some dude bros yelled at me, “Go vote today, and when you do, don’t vote with your vagina!” Not to derail the argument, just to share.
Oh, come on. “Oh snap” was a JOKE. Have we reached peak internet outrage where we can’t make a dumb fucking joke?
Jesus, I’m not even a die hard and I can see that what HRC has done is incredible. SHE WAS BORN IN 1947. She went to Yale Law when there were less than 30 women in her class.
I am very suspicious that she is who she claims to be also. And she (?) seems to have a lot of time on her (?) hands
Sure, but we can have a discussion about how bad the sexism is, both from men and the internalized sexism from women. I’m very confused about having access to the internet, where we can find out quite a lot about a candidate; including their votes, their positions, whether or not they got a drubbing in the 90s from…
He dismissed the importance of Southern red states, where the Democratic electorates are heavily black., while touting his support in Midwestern and Plains red states that are blindingly white. It wasn’t a deliberate attempt to dismiss black voters, but it effectively was.
I’ve disavowed national polling in any context since this whole thing started. It’s useless. It doesn’t make a lot of sense, and doesn’t track anything worth watching.
Do you think Sanders made a mistake in voting yes on the crime bill?
I support Bernie, but I think his casual dismissal of the importance of the mostly-black voters in the South is disingenuous and insulting. I didn’t like when the Clinton campaign, in more explicitly racial terms, did it in 2008, and I don’t like it now.
Or the Sanders supporters who say that women only vote for Hillary because she has a vagina.
All you EVER DO is haunt these threads and call everyone who supports Hillary Clinton a racist. I am sick of it. I am a woman of color and I don’t need this shit from you. I no longer believe you, because you bring it up every 5 minutes. It’s suspicious.
It may be only a rumor but I heard that years ago, Bill and Hill stopped at a gas station and Hill recognized the attendant as a guy she dated as a teen. Bill turned to her and said, ha! If we hadn’t met you might be married to a gas station attendant and she replied, no, if we hadn’t met, he’d be the successful…
Maybe we could have the votes in North Carolina count for 3/5ths as much as the votes in Idaho, since you think the voters in the latter state are so much better-informed.
...pssst......
It’s beyond unreasonable. It’s STUPID.
Sad that you aren’t equally vocal about the Sanders supporters who say African-Americans only vote for Hillary because they’re uninformed.
It’s not her support of Bernie Sanders that makes me question her feminism, but the fact that she chooses to define Clinton by her relationship to her father and her husband, rather than any actual merits or her own accomplishments.
