I really loved Moana (bought the movie on release day last Tuesday) but definitely thought zootopia deserved the win. Moana has an amazing first half but doesn’t keep up the momentum. Zootopia was all round a better and more original movie. I definitely can see how because of differing opinions people can prefer

My guess is it still is. In the extended animated version (or the stage play I can’t remember which) Belle teaches the Beast to read using Romeo and Juliet

I watched it on a plane last month and can attest to all this. It is where my mind went.

This is me. I am a lazy person with terrible eyesight and will just keep wearing prescription sunglasses inside if I don’t have regular glasses (or I don’t feel like searing my bag for them).

So, I am not fully up to date on the rent control, most of the rent control here is simply how much your rent can be increased each year. In San Jose this just changed in June (it went from 8 percent to 5 percent increase. Our rent increase got approved in May lol ). Approximately a third of apartments in San Jose are

Oh for sure it could be much worse, and of course the homes are valuable (3 bedrooms are 1 million plus). Neither of which make that neighbourhood good....trust me, I live in it, it’s right next to a grocery store I have walked to from my place.

But the prices won’t go down, because the big tech companies are covering the costs for the new tech recruits. The people in San Jose like the teachers etc. will not benefit from more housing.

Not the tech industry sadly. We are actually planning to leave the bay area because our jobs are not related to silicon valley. If we were forced to leave the apartment we would just speed our exit. Other people I know have had to move in with friends/family. People who are renting these places are just ordinary

I live in walking distance from that complex, walking distance from Santana Row even and I’m not sure “good neighbourhood” is the term I would use. But the whole area is messed up as far as real estate concerned.

I live in San Jose, and know exactly where that complex is (less than 2 miles from me). Apartments and housing is becoming insane here. We are in a rent controlled apartment and have been for 6 years, we couldn’t afford rent if we weren’t. Our rent goes up the max it can each year (8% I believe) and we honestly are

The new adventures of old Christine. I loved that show, it had Clark Gregg in it.

My 5 year old lost his first tooth last week and got $1. He doesn’t even know how much a $1 is and was just so excited that the tooth fairy came.

Ha thanks. I think this is what I needed to hear

We live in an apartment complex with a pool so we are in there almost daily

Thanks, I might look around for something else so that he still has that comfort but more of a step in the right direction.

Ha, this is a red head too! Yeah, that’s my fear if I push it.

I have a 5 year old swimming advice question!

Wilmer is Handy Manny! Which is probably how he gets into Disney parties to meet the child stars.

I agree. The set up was there for many episodes. There were so many clues. Both of them went round bragging how happy they were and they should have another baby , and oh this will be the last trip. He was doomed.

Being a princess is such a horrible job. The fact she has to make a public appearance and smile and look like that the same day she had a baby is insane.
