I definitely agree with this. If a dishwasher actually “Cleaned” the dishes without me having to do anything other than put them in there, then I’d use it. But if I have to manually wash them beforehand anyways, then I might as well just put them on the rack and be done with them.

When I was a kid I complained to my dad that we didn’t have a dishwasher. He said in fact he has two dishwashers and pointed at me and my sister.

I’m impressed - she stayed pretty grounded to the ground the whole time!

Funny thing is, ours wasn’t new when we moved in. It was a mid 90s vintage when it was installed by the previous owner, but they never used it. It still had the manual, the Energy Star tag, and the sample detergents sitting in it.

You should have your son help now. He will suck at washing dishes at first (and you would probably have to re-wash) but after a year or 2 he’ll be pretty good.

FWIW, you’re not even supposed to pre-clean dishes with newer soaps.

Extra points for the one handed high speed turn using the palm-of-your-hand method.

Fuck tha police.

How old is the dishwasher you’re using? I don’t even think I rinse most of the dishes I put in our dishwasher and they come out spotless.

That is my main gripe with dishwashers, you still have to clean before putting them in and it takes time for the dishes to be clean.

The postal truck appears to be on a dirt road (two white tire worn stripes) that was created to access free standing residential mail boxes.

I knew things were taking a turn when the “DB Pooper” comment didn’t win. That will always be a (brown) stain on this site for me.

It’s like a Jetta, but replacing the wiring harness isn’t “preventative maintenance”

the problem is they already gave him the free shit, which he didn’t want.

A TCL is fine for something like a spare room or a motel, but the value is always a black Friday or cyber Monday deal on the previous year Samsung / LG / Sony. There are fairly decent Vizio panels at their top of the line, but they’re still compromised and expensive.

Well, Olav is a huuuuuge dick, too. So there’s that.

It’s the defenses fault for getting burnered.

“What’s the big deal? When I got on the phone in the middle of a game I usually lost way more than $30,000.”

The owners were fighting about whether or not to keep it until one of them said, “Can’t we all just get a lawn?”
