Its written as 1 line but maintains two parts. It doesn't say the right for the militia to bear arms shall not be infringed. It says the Right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. This states that militia's are allowed and shall not be infringed upon and the same thing with arms.

A life in prison around here is maybe 10 years... depends if they get out on good behavior... Its rare a sentence will go the full 25 years. Most get out with less then half that served.

From my understanding he got into an argument with the teacher because he didn't want to remove his shirt... Which then caused the cops to be called and him charged... if the teacher didn't say anything none of this would have happened.
