The customer isn’t always right, etc.

Like, I get it, professionalism for its own sake has value and you don’t want to turn away customers. But I feel like the capital “G” gamers harassing the devs aren’t really owed niceties and decorum like that, and it’s just that general air of entitled consumerism that makes us

Very excited to see some black and brown characters that don’t look...off or straight up bad. Whoever put in the work to get that done deserves a raise.

100% agree. The way Gamers give, uh, “feedback” can read a little hostile sometimes and I can see how a human dev on the receiving end of it might react in a human way. Not to say it’s okay, but I’m inclined to forgive a one-time incident. The community reaction to that patch has been completely insane and out of

LMAO. I almost have 100 hours. The patch is the first of many tweaks to get the game where they want. The true issue, which was even an issue before this is the spawning at higher difficulties. But sure you know better than the devs so go ahead and keep whining. If people don’t want any messing with the meta than

Devs didnt lie or say anything wrong.

The dev totally didn’t say it the right way but he has a point. The fucking whiners about a balance patch in this game are insufferable. Its been out for like two weeks. Its not like they took away some weapon after two years. Of course they are gonna have to fix some shit once the players get their hands on it.

It’s what I really appreciate about saints row, even as they progressively sucked all of the enjoyment out of the series with progressively more elaborate dick and fart jokes + WACKY and ZANY moments

It really is a good idea, I hope more games follow suit. Having your character ready to go on launch will be great.

Ooh I wish more games did this! Having your character creator out for free before the actual game releases is an awesome idea

This has been the big selling point of Rebirth for me. Over the years I’ve become a little disillusioned over the dour Final Fantasy VII of the expanded media. Advent Children and the such. So I’ve come to appreciate VIIs goofy dayglow weirdness.

The moment I saw the incomprehensible 8 wheel buggy was in I was sold.

Bummer to read you need to play the demo to get some of the bonuses. I was intentionally avoiding the demo entirely to not spoil anything from the full game at all and go into it fresh.. But if I don’t play the demo first, I miss out on items?

There was nothing simple about getting that gold N64 ocarina of time cartridge!

Pre-ordering Rebirth (any edition) gives:

I mean, it worked for Fire Emblem. After they added casual mode, which removes essentially all actual difficulty from the game and lets you just focus on supports and story, its audience grew to the point that now it has a mobile game on year eight and still going strong.

There’s so many that aren’t for me you’d think I actually don’t like video games. Some of them I just own up as not being for me but there’s others that I find genuinely frustrating that I don’t like them because they should be right up my alley. Sometimes my OCD habits (100% completion, exploring every nook and

There’s quite a few that I’ve never played and have no desire to play, so I guess that counts as “not for me,” even though there’s always the chance I would actually like them if I tried: Minecraft, Pokemon, literally any fighting game or any game that relies on online multiplayer. No thank you I do not want to get

It would be an interesting feature, just an option to auto-pass all dice rolls. An extra-easy mode for people who, like you said, want the game to play out as they want and are going to save-scum anyway, so they may as well be saved the time.

LOL at the grunting opening a barn door.

Hollow Knight for sure. My old-man hands simply don’t have the reaction speed or dexterity to get through boss fights. And once the game crosses the line from “difficult but rewarding” into “physically impossible,” the art style quickly loses its charm. I’ve tried playing a couple of times, putz around exploring the

I might quibble a little over the order (and deal with the assumptions that currently airing shows will neither rise nor fall in quality), but this is a pretty solid list. Though I am really enjoying Faraway Paladin.
