Serge is having one of the more efficient seasons of his career. He’s shooting career high FT and 3P percentages. His rebounds and blocked shot numbers are down, but I attribute that to playing next to Vucevic.

....they already have been

found the gooner

lol, i’m sure I can easily search and find an article by you guys saying the exact opposite regarding the Kentucky clerk who wouldn’t sign gay marriage certificates.

Gruden is actually ESPN’s highest paid employee, making like $8-million or so, which likely more than the average NFL team would pay him. And like you said, in his current job he doesn’t have to deal with the stress or hours of being a head coach and only has to work a few months out of the year. Why leave?

relevant:

are y’all really upset by the punishment? He softly attempted to trip an opponent, i think a 1-game suspension is warranted. I remember when Marcus Smart was called the n-word by an opposing fan he went over there and pushed the guy and was only suspended 2-3 games, which everyone was fine with. I think a 1-game

yeah? I had to intern to get my current job.

Is this a smart move for their careers? Probably. Is it selfish as hell? Probably. Maybe not so much for Fournette since he’s technically injured, but for McCaffrey, definitely. As the team’s best player, they’re counting on you. Not everyone on that sideline is going pro like you. For many of those guys, this is

lmao

or like A&M putting up #SEC billboards all over the state of Texas within a week of joining the conference. Oh and their fans chanting “S-E-C” during their last football season in the Big12.

was really hoping for some Yakkity Sax here

obviously. And don’t get the garbage ones at Czech stop. Those are for tourists. Take the next right and go to Gerick’s

Yeah I only graduated like 3.5 years ago but a lot of that stuff is new to me too. I live like 1,200 miles away now but have family in the area still, so I get back there pretty often. It always looks different. Waco is constantly changing.

I went to Baylor. We called it fast food island. Most of the dorms are right on the other side of that highway. There’s even a walkway over that you can take and avoid traffic. Those places thrive off of drunk freshmen.

whoosh

IMO, three seasons is more than enough at a school like UT. They already had the talent, infrastructure, and money. Strong didn’t need to rebuild. Hell, Briles got Baylor to a bowl in his third year and they were perennially awful, not near UT’s level.

I see what you mean. I’m a huge fan of Herman and think Strong was a terrible HC at UT, so I’m biased. I’m also from Texas and have friends that went to both schools so I try to follow them as closely as I can.
