Thing is I've been the victim of break ins before, but luckily I live somewhere with no guns. I guess some people might be able to think rationally in those circumstances, but fuck me I never have. Guns would not help in those circumstances.

I live in a wonderful country where guns are illegal. The chance of someone bringing a gun into my home is so miniscule as to be virtually non existent. It's pretty great.

Yep. Because people go to the hospital in their town, of which there is precisely one. Bigger towns and cities may have more than one (Manchester, Birmingham, London, etc) in which case where you live within the town/city will dictate which hospital you use. The closest one, basically.
