Not arguing with you here but we English speakers create phrases (?) like “gate” a lot. Example, alcoholic and workaholic.

To be fair, you can add safety nets fairly easily that will ensure your hands and feet stay in the rides at all times. They are very prone to tip over so you have to take extra care.
