That’s the smartest thing I’ve ever seen in these comments.

My head just exploded.
Hahaha, this just made me almost spit out my coffee.
What do you mean the Dodge Grand Caravan isn’t luxury???
Graffiti is not necessarily public domain (interesting tidbit, public area does not mean public domain either). Not sure about the dick on a bathroom stall.
I do finance because I can get 0% APR but you said “never, ever” which isn’t right. I was just replying to say that you should never ever say never ever.
Not to mention incentives for full size (and some mid-size trucks) are way above cars.
I have no reason to pay for gap insurance.
I could be wrong since I didn’t read it too closely but I don’t think they allow that anymore.
Hard to read through text but I really hope this is sarcasm.
Wow, that is a new low. I don’t deal with luxury dealerships though so I think they usually go for broke.
I never thought of this. This just became my new favorite game.
Right, I was responding to thedon who stated dealer notarizing fees.
I always negotiate OTD price. However, I did have one sneaky dealership agree to a price with me and then when I got to finance there was an additional $1k “fee” that got tacked on. I walked out.
Gap at least I could see where it would be helpful in some scenarios. Extended warranty only if you are Doug Demuro and buy old luxury vehicles that are bound to break.
I’ve dealt with a few different dealers that say that the “paint protection” or “finance charges” or “dealer fees” or, etc, etc, are absolutely mandatory.
It depends. If you can cover the difference or pay the vehicle off up front and are fairly certain you won’t total the vehicle then it’s not worth it. For most people it likely is though.
What about an extra $1k for paint protection, or the $1k for “ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY” extended warranty coverage, or the extra $ for gap. The list goes on and on.
I think Budweiser did if I remember correctly
