Gwyneth is pretty freaking pretentious, but I would be more concerned if she didn't pronounce Ibiza correctly. She lived in Spain, learned to speak spanish in Spain, and continues to spend significant amounts of time there. It would be disingenuous for her to pronounce it any other way.
