What’s the “J.E.” for?
What’s the “J.E.” for?
Clearly that black girl is unable to stand on her own two feet without the stabilization provided by white feminists?
This is the boat I’m in as well. Also, this is one thing, for me, that dismantles any “Serial” comparisons, because Sarah Koening presents the evidence to show guilt and innocence. She questions narratives and points out when people exaggerate or fib.
On a lighter note, the subreddit for this series has devolved into pictures like this over the last few days. Hopefully they’re not the only positive thing to come out of the series:
Your cousin was part of the system who made it impossible for Steven Avery to have a fair trial... He was convicted the moment local reporters were allowed to take liberty with the narrative.
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooope. Your entire first comment was that you weren’t familiar with the case, the series or the background but charged in with your opinion about NetFlix “Making money” on the documentary.
I didn’t read the article BUT...
Netflix didn’t fund the doc. The creators worked on this for over 10 years. Netflix purchased the product for distribution under a series they are releasing. Not like the Duggars. I agree that the petition shouldn’t be calling for a pardon. A new trial is a more realistic possibility.
I can’t even imagine the horror and helpless that poor lawyer must feel, getting unfair Yelp reviews. I wonder if he knows anyone he could talk to about being unfairly maligned.
I think you’re right about just about everything.
Say what you will about Guy Fieri, but that man is living his best life. Look at that man’s happiness! He exudes pure, unbridled joy! I don’t get it, but I’m not gonna knock him for it.
It may not be perfect, but at least they are an undefeated 8-1.....
If it’s Poe’s Law, you’re essentially saying that millenial protesters are beyond parody.
As much as I don’t like the people who are going to side with you, because most of them will be shit (I’m speaking of the commentariat here), I have to agree.
No student attending Yale will ever be in the “oh, poor me” category of life.
... I guess it’s my fault for having fallen for your trolling in the Germaine Greer thread. Either that, or this is one of those Poe’s Law situations.
It isn’t as much as the idea that not confronting issues somehow solves things.
It doesn’t work that way at all. At all.
Your argument is completely subjective and relies on others affirming your own subjective concepts to hold water.
What? You’re literally making a snide remark about “hurr durr white people” which insinuates that he’s racist and doesn’t have compassion for people because he’s white.
