URGENT CARE IS NOT THE EMERGENCY ROOM!
Great band, love this album. Interestingly, on their album titled Rooms of the House, they have a song titled “35" that is about the Highway 35 bridge collapse in Minneapolis. Kinda links their music to driving...but in the La Dispute haunting way.
Just moved to Dallas a week a half ago from NC - this “dry heat” is absolutely brutal. My dog, my A/C, and I would love a day in the low 90s.
People would be much more receptive of his complaints if he simply said “I do not like what I’m experiencing, but this in no way compares to the pain the people of Ukraine are experiencing.” Doesn’t even have to mention Russia, Putin, etc. Dude needs better PR people, not just his dad.
I’d say my neighborhood is 60-70% gentrified and, because of that, there are a handful of Teslas, 1-2 Polestars, and a Taycan within 2 blocks of me. Of course, the Taycan is my favorite, but the Polestar, to me, is the most approachable and at the top of my list for purchase when I have the opportunity. So, yeah,…
While I’ll admit I hit NP before I put more thought into it, I imagine that someone who is willing to put another ~$10k in this could have a really unique, wild little truck.
lol definitely seems like Ford’s approach to “consistency.”
I guess they didn’t do that during MY ‘15. I only get chimes for lights left on, no seatbelt on, warnings, etc. Or maybe I’ve learn to completely ignore it and none of my passengers have ever mentioned it? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
lol he should have just put on his dang seatbelt!
Hopefully not. Looks like the research is telling us that catching it would be reduced, and greatly reduces the chance that if someone were to catch COVID-19 (including variants) that they’d need to be hospitalized.
You can still get covid with vaccinations, but the vaccine lessens the degree to which someone suffers if they catch it.
I shouldn’t have had to scroll down this far to see this point being made. A lot of “left of center” people in this comment section are showing that they’d rather be a tattle-tale than improve material conditions society, including the marginalized.
Something tells me you’re just repeating things and not actually looking into things, Lus:
I’m just now diving into it - watched the first episode of the original and then followed up the next day with the first episode of the live-action version. Seems pretty good to me. Didn’t watch Bebop back in the day because I was too young and didn’t have the attention span, but I think both versions are pretty fun.
I don’t care for Pete, but you realize that the US DOT has like...a multi-billion dollar budget, ~ 80k employees & multiple levels of leadership? He’s the “leader” of it, sure, but the DOT runs with or without him.
Look at that, you’re figuring out why this is a big deal!
I wish Mazda would make a truck again, would be interesting to see their take on them now. My dad is still rocking a 2003 B-3000 and it’s in pretty good shape.

You’ve heard of “attempted manslaughter” before, right?
There’s plenty to criticize capitalism about, just like there’s plenty to criticize about any economic system, but that’s not what 1st gear was about today.
