We’ll never think about a small child saying something is like “’90s Conan” ever agian.

Typo aside, I feel like you tried to zag and then realized you had to zig on this one. Like- halfway through you realized that you’d never have thought of a small child saying something is like “90s Conan” before, so “The same

Release the butthole cut!

Oh I’m not saying all old people are racist, or only old people are racist, I’m saying it’s less surprising coming from a generation that was still alive when that thinking was normalized. not letting her off the hook, either. Other older people have moved past it, and she should too.

70-year-old has 70-year-old racist slurs in vocabulary.

Honestly the Anchor and the Reporter just being sick of it all and sniping at each other constantly really captures the national mood right about now.

The only other movie sequel I can think of with the same “Screw it. Let’s just be funny and weird” attitude is Gremlins 2.

Captain America and Peggy Carter finally getting that dance at the end of Endgame is just the cathartic sucker-punch I need to start the waterworks after a long emotional roller-coaster. They don't stop till after the credits are rolling.

Beyond that, saying “more women belong in the fast food industry” is saying women deserve to earn less than a living wage, too. Make your industry something women should want representation in first!

The whole thing with Fietro just being some guy under mind control doesn’t sit right with me. It doesn’t sit right to have him just happen to look like Pietro from X-Men without some sort of implication. You don’t smash that big a hole in the fourth wall unless you’re going to do something with it.

I kind of love that the formatting of this show allows what would have been a typical expository supervillain monologue to be replaced by a catchy theme song.

Naw, I don't see Gene headed in Gayle's direction. He's got self-actualization on his side.

I really like how the evolution of the sitcom from a picture-perfect portrait of life to a more cynical portrait of what reality is like echoes Wanda's own increasing desire to drop the facade.

It’s kinda weird that both sides are trying to make this about political affiliation. Like- if she’d just gone on a tweet-rant about free market economies and deregulation, she’d probably still have a job. They didn’t fire her because she was spouting conservative views, they fired her because she was spouting hate

I’ve had a theory about this show with very little to base it on. Just silly fan-speculation. But this week has given it just a bit of credence. And I’m still probably not right, but I’m gonna throw it out there:

In the Marvel Comics, Scarlett Witch is particularly famous for the House of M storyline, in which she

This show is creepy in the same way Too Many Cooks was creepy. It presents a perfect sitcom world and keeps doing things that aren’t supposed to happen in a perfect sitcom world. It’s unnerving in an entirely unique way.

Now I don’t speak other languages, and I always space out during that one song in The Little Mermaid, but I'm pretty sure that tuna "contains" "poison!"

Eh better late than never. Heaven knows I agreed with much of what you were saying, but it’s not the kind of A.V. that prompted me to join this club.

First thing I thought of when that beekeeper showed up was A.I.M., but maybe I'm looking too hard for tie-ins.

He lost me when he was subtitled as “accept” instead of “except.” Do YouTubers write their own subtitles? I'm old and don't know how it works.

The president’s one and only job is to communicate with people. Talk to Americans to make them feel safe and warm in their American cocoon, talk to foreign leaders and make them feel just enough safe/threatened so that they don’t want to wipe us off the face of the earth, talk to the fellow leaders of America and
