Man, as someone with a complicated relationship with their parents where everyone’s performing rather than saying anything they mean, Bojack’s arc with his mum in S4 was cathartic to watch. Painful as all hell, but handled with incredible nuance.

yeah, sadly I now think you have to watch “fire walk with me,” then the first series, then the new series. or you could just watch “blue velvet,” which explores all the same themes in 2 hours

I lost a little faith in the show after the end of Season 3 when it had the same basic structure of the previous two (Bojack hits rock bottom but then a last-shot hint of hopefulness) so I’m glad they’re shaking things up.

I liked the ending of Season 4 because of what an inverse it was compared to Season 3. Bojack worked hard and had a positive uptick. Meanwhile Carolyn and Diane were on a downtick, but in a way that could be better in the long run.

I was betting on her being trapped in the drunk guy in the jail, similar to how Diane was trapped in Naido.

I’m not discouraging a re-watch, the original series is still great fun. I just don’t think you’ll find any clues regarding The Return.

It does, she’s just in an institution now. They also answer the question “How’s Annie”, turns out, not fine at all. Also bug mouth girl is Sarah Palmer.

I still listen to her and find her music gorgeous and singular... but, in terms of her larger appeal, she’s a bit like Radiohead in that people are either on or off the train by now. I’ll say she lost me a bit with albums like “Volta” and “Biophilia”, but I thought “Vulnicura” was her best since “Vespertine”. She…

They cut the scene of her accusing a demogorgon of touching her boob, which was definitely a wise editorial decision.

Hah...I remember that boss being the end of my SH playthrough. Not that moths are that scary for me, but I was totally out of ammo by then, and that fucker just demolished me.

I was born in ‘76, so I had access to these games when I was very young. Trust me, your quarters went to much better games. I was MUCH happier on TMNT and X-Men.

I seem to recall there were 2 games with that hologram technology, though I could be mistaken. I believe there was a time traveling game, and maybe an old west game (though the old west game might have just been part of the time traveling game).
