Could anyone suggest a good horror anime? Like O’Neal, I’ve always been disinterested but mildly curious, and I think using my favorite genre as a stepping stone might help.

A LOT OF PEOPLE WOULD PAY TOP DOLLAR TO DECIMATE THE POPULATION. I’LL TAKE THE HIGHEST BIDDER, AL-QAEDA, NORTH KOREA, REPUBLICANS, SHRINERS, BALDING. MEN THAT WORK OUT, PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET THAT ARE ONLY TURNED ON BY CARTOONS OF JAPANESE TEENAGERS ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN WORKING FOR YOU, YOU POMPOUS, NEGLIGENT,

Oh man, I cannot wait to get home from my office today and crack open the SNES Classic I picked up at the crack of dawn. I’ve talked about it on here before, but as a young Genesis owner I never had the opportunity to play most of these games, and have only tried out a few of them via more recent rereleases (Super

I just started Horizon Zero Dawn last night, I’m probably a bit behind you. So far I like it — it looks good and the setting is intriguing, and unless it turns into a grind I’ll probably have fun with it.

It was fun for the 10-15 minutes I spent with it, but I don’t know how it’ll hold up for an entire game. I can definitely see people who are into a certain kind of old school game design getting into it. It is definitely a narrow, guided experience, less of a platformer and more of a straight up shoot ’em up game. The

Season 2 is front to back perfection. The other seasons, this one included, are merely very, very good.

Hopefully the girls return the favor and guest judge on the next season of Drag Race.

I think episode 1 and episode 7 (THE UNDERGROUND!) of this season are some of the funniest episodes in the shows entire run, but other than that, yah, the comedy was comparitively light, and some of the jokes overstayed their welcome (the clown dentists should’ve been no more than a one or two episode affair).

I’m hopeful the sibling relationship will keep him from going down any super dark paths - Hollyhock is willing to give him a shot and it seems she right away won’t put up with much. I’d be happy to see this swing upward, not all sunshine and rainbows, but enough for him to get out of his gutter.

Yea, I personally liked it more then two but hard for me to say if it was better then 3, been meaning to do a rewatch but do not have the emotional strength for it at the moment.

Yeah, kid stuff in tragic art is always really rough for me. I don’t cry often, but when I do it’s usually from some depiction of childhood suffering (like the end of AI or Marceline and Ice king’s song in Adventure Time).

It was especially powerful moment because of how fundamental that one moment is to her life (The sickness is inside of you Bojack). How much of our life is determined but outside factors, while not without problems before Crackerjack not coming back completely destroyed the family for generations. And how much good

Frankly, this episode left me terrified that some day I might end up like that, stuck reliving every shitty moment in my life in some half-remembered fugue state. I wonder if that’s really what dementia is like.

The season had been teasing a grander view at Bea’s backstory for a while, and it was genuinely moving to see it all play out here, albeit through the warped lens of her addled mind. By the end of the episode, I felt like I understood the decisions Bea had made, the perfectly relatable reasons she’d made the mistakes

“Can you taste the ice cream, Mom?” “Oh Bojack. It’s so.. delicious”. I was prepared for this episode to end with Bojack saying or doing something awful to his mother, because that’s what Bojack always does, but for him to show kindness? To put his lifetime of justified grievances with his mother behind him to give a

Still grinding away at the Platinum in NieR: Automata. I’ve wrapped up almost all of the sidequests in routes A and B, just a few seem to be eluding my grasp (that titan keeps telling me he needs more time before sending me on his third errand run). I wrapped up the Emil’s Memories/Lunar Tear quest this morning, which

I’m a fan of Drunk Diane. She can juggle!

This dude is gross.
