I finished the main campaign of The Witcher 3, so I suppose I'll be moving on to the Hearts of Stone and then Blood and Wine expansions next. The ending I got: It sure seemed like the game was setting up the possibility of Ciri dying when going to defeat the White Frost on her own. But Ciri survived, and became a

All I remember from that episode was a kid's show with a passista teaching children to count by twirling the tassels on her bikini top.

Heh, this reminds me of how confused I was when surveys and demographic questions started separating "race" and "ethnicity." Somewhere around the late 90s/00s? I was always used to checking the "Hispanic/Latino" box and moving on. When I had to start checking "White" and also "Hispanic/Latino," I went through a mini

There is quite a bit of racism against white people depending on their ethnicity. I mean, you'll find quite a bit of hatred out there against Romanis, Slavs, Jewish people, etc. And, treating someone differently based on their race will always be an asshole move, no matter the implicit power-balance between the two

Yeah, I considered this too. I was a kid, so I was probably pretty blind to it.

"Is Mindy Kaling real?"

You know, I've often wondered about why in all the history of human society is it only recently we've started to become sensitive to characters and stereotypes like Apu. Please don't misunderstand, I'm NOT claiming that we've become ultra-sensitive, nor am I railing against "PC culture" or "snowflakes" or "cucks" or

Yeah, there are so many plot threads that get only a minute or two of screen time per episode, it's easy to lose track of where they were with a week in between episodes.

This is great! I love his style. He uses minimalist repetition with ever so slight changes that you don't even notice that the chords and harmonies he's using are really, really bizarre. Plus, those drum & bass beats.

I dunno, I actually loved Transistor as a game. For me, the gameplay was like an evolution of the original Parasite Eve. And since Parasite Eve is one of my favorite PS1 RPGs (and a series that I mourn never really having a comeback), it works for me.

Supergiant once again, knocking it out of the park with the art direction. I'm presuming the music is done by Darren Korb again as well, although I can't find any confirmation.

Thanks for the confirmation. I figured as much. Most of those question marks in Skellige seem to be for Smuggler's Caches and Guarded Treasures, which are great if I need some money, but…I don't anymore.

Did anyone else find that Sphinx battle to be surprisingly tough, even after the big story moment?

What coincidence! Did your game bug out on the wolf gear upgrade diagrams as well?

By the way, is fully exploring the map worth the effort? I still have many question marks across my maps, particularly in Skellige (soooo many of them are in the water too; those are a pain, I wish the boats moved faster).

I've still been unable to beat the alternate version of all the bosses in Rogue Legacy. They are pretty damn tough.

You're right, that was a really awesome quest. I really liked the scenery in those places as well.

The main mission I'm working on is "The Sunstone," which is one of the subquests for "Battle Preparations."

Ah, okay. I'm just curious if I've already done or not, but I'm guessing I haven't because nothing has stood out as particularly different yet.

Is it one of the main quests?
