@pixelsnader: I have a similar metal Pico 4gb one that I keep in my laptop as a speedboost. It gets super hot though. Does that happen with the Verbatim? Is it metal or plastic on top? They look similar except for the casing.

Is this password related? How did they get him through paypal (a secure site) and iTunes (which is locked down pretty good through apple)? Obviously it can happen, but what can we do to prevent it if it happened through those two (seemingly) secure sites?
