Among Trekkies, yes. Also, hiring Micheal Piller for season 3 was HUGE. Give Berman credit for that. Berman's problem - in my opinion - was that he couldn't stand up to the execs and pretty much did what they asked. Which explains the firing of Ron Jones in season 4, Generations, etc
