I honestly don't even know what to say other than WANT.

Still can't top BLACK GOOOOLD

If I were to ever want a big, sporty-ish fwd sports coupe, I think I would go either this:

I think I'm in love with this thing. Bring it here Fiat. NOW.

AMC from 1968-82: they were the U.S. equivalent of Citroen and Subaru rolled together, and I absolutely fell in love with their "forget longevity, we're doing this because it's cool and unique" philosophy. We need more companies like that today.

Is it scary that my first thought upon seeing this post was..."Nah, I'd rather have a 280ZX"?

This one's mine. It has a 58 Plymouth Fury for 2 points, Route 66 for a point, Several diners for 2 points, both a 59 Impala and a 56 Crown Victoria for two points, and several clashing colors, bringing me to a total of 8 points. And yes, I proudly wear this frequently in the summer.

1998-01 Frost Blue Civic EX Sedan

Chevette

Here's a challenge for you- what kind of car is it that is in this video? I personally couldn't figure it out. When I first saw it I thought Maverick, but the tailights dispelled that theory- I'm stumped.

CRX being #1 on this list just made my day. Way to go Jalopnik, you once again exercise good judgement.

1964 Oldsmobile 442

This is a large part of why I switched from PS2 to Xbox- Forza is just so much more adapted to car culture than Gran Turismo ever will be. This redeems all their moments of taking cars that should be free and charging DLC for them, in my mind.

They need to bring SR5 back to all their models. Peppy, manual transmission versions of their hum drum cars for those with a desire for something with a pinch of sportiness but still needs a car that's pratical and mechanical bits that could survive the apocalypse. Plus, you gotta love the stripes...

Because they're both really odd, but really good...

Technically, the example answer was a Rambler, so AMC should have been fair game.

I've always thought that bringing back the defunct car companies as one big conglomerate would be cool. Probably wouldn't be very successful, but it would be undeniably cool. Here's what I see them competing against:

I have no idea where the Javelin was located- I found it on Tailpipe by just searching AMC and including any and all of them that I found that we're interesting. I didn't look at where they were for sale at, I was just window shopping. Therefore, it probably wasn't anywhere near me. I live in Kansas.

You can option it above $61k- mine's $67,350 and has every single option because, if I was going to spend all that money I'm going to be shopping for something that's fully loaded.
