This makes no sense to me. What is the “complete edition” - no word of DLC, content updates, or anything of that matter has been mentioned at all, that I’m aware of. Just some small things - a single mission, an outfit, and some multiplayer (likely experience) boosts and a couple of starting weapons.

I’m in Charlotte, NC and became moderately obsessed with soup dumplings after going to a Dim Sum place in Philadelphia. Unfortunately I haven’t managed to find soup dumplings here. There is one Dim Sum place but they don’t carry them and overall I didn’t love it.

Yep, the cop was acting appropriately for the situation at hand. The car was pointed right at them after they got hit. If he hit the gas at that point it could have killed someone. His actions were either intentionally dangerous or grossly negligent, and still dangerous. Note that the officer kept his trigger finger…

A week’s suspension seems way too light. At our track, we had an invitational driver come out from a local dirt track, and intentionally drive into the door of a car under caution because he was mad. He got a lifetime ban.
