Oh yeah, same thing. I always green my AdBlocker here too, but have you looked around for any sort of autoplay disabling add-on? I’m not sure if they lose any revenue from not allowing videos to automatically start playing, but I think it’s a good compromise.

Not sure what kind of system or browser you’re running, but if you can find anything that disables autoplay, get it. I still have my AdBlock greenlit for here and other sister sites and ads will still show, but at least it’s rare that they’ll ever start up when I don’t want them to. But if you do want to watch videos

Meh, to be honest, I only use the KA to start the mix and I finish by hand kneading anyway. It’s pretty easy to over knead on a KA, but much harder to go over by hand. I do rolls sometimes (rarely), but if you were referring to the Hawaiian bread the one I’m using is just a basic white bread recipe with some pineapple

I’ve never done it specifically in a compound butter, but that sounds wonderful! A 10 megaton umami bomb right there. I do add it to many pan sauces, but in a compound butter you can spread that goodness to many other things. Good ideas like that are why The Takeout is such a great place to visit and comment on. :-)
