I’ve never seen anything like that in the wild, but tech’s sure pretty cool on helmets these days. I’ve got a modular and while it’s not quite as resilient as a solid full-face, at least airway access isn’t an issue (one way or another). No quick release straps and definitely no cool inflatable cheek pads though.
