I saw Otto’s comment and thought about it for a second or two before going along the same line of reasoning that Kevin arrived at. It just didn’t seem to improve upon anything. Cool that you actually tried it though!

Maybe ‘exterior shades’ might help with my comment? ;-)
Yup! Meal on the card, tip in cash, always.
Combined with a wall of text, understandable! Yeah, it was an interesting, but warm job. Warm enough that a cover fell off of one of my boots and I looked down and the lacing had caught fire from the radiant heat. It was a minor thing and a lace catching fire wasn’t going to burn me or anything, but it was a bit of a d…
You’ve definitely convinced me about Rose Lake. Need to go there for sure and it might be a destination on my next day trip on the bikes with my buddy down there.
I remember being so excited to get the OG PONG box as a wee snapper. Played it a few times, got bored, went out on my bike, badly broke my arm, and then was unable to bike or play PONG. DOH! Did the Atari stuff and then really didn’t come back to games until Playstation dropped. Did go through 2 360s, but the second…
Mmmm? Seems ick.
You’ve never seen the European version of the Wienermobile.
Is a hot dog a sandwich?
Good taste. You has it!
Your love and appreciation of on and off-road psychosis is.....awesome!
Yes, please send up some of those wet crumbs! It would be nice to see rain that actually sticks and doesn’t immediately sizzle into nothingness. It would be even nicer not being billed for a couple of days of my normal xeriscape watering routine. Probably shouldn’ta planted as many of those subtropical cacti, but they…
Excellent! I’m with Indivisible/Resist and do a fair amount of Dem-centric events and protests, but I’m feeling more of the call too. When I go to protests, I’m a bit older, but I still have enough physical presence that I tend to hover around the smaller groups that are populated more by student/teacher/other…
My family’s all several gen-deep Zonies, but I grew up in Oahu (Navy brat) until I was 7. My mom moved us up to what was north Phx and our house had a big wooden bridge over a small, dry creek bed running through the middle of our property and the 1st summer we were here I saw an empty Volkswagen roll through the wash…
I hear ya! I’ve had serious questions about the Electoral College bullshit and no one ever seems to talk about that whole mess and I’ve read what sounds like some similar things that you’ve noticed and it does sound like it’s getting even worse and more corrupt. And then there’s gerrymandering, which is completely out…
Yeah, it actually has been pretty mellow in comparison to most years so far, but I think that’s over. We did get some 115-16s up here, so anything under 110 is almost sweater weather. I did sweep my local radar feed down to Tucson last week and it looked like there were some nice greens, yellows, and even some…
They’d have to excise out massive areas of his mushy, syphilitic brain that control greed, narcissism, and psychopathic tendencies before any empathy can be transplanted in. In other words, a complete brain transplant.
Standard (edit) medical saline is like .9% or so, which is roughly about 1 teaspoon to 2 cups of water. So no, it’s too weak, But it was an interesting question, as I’m an ex-EMT and seeing the word ‘saline’ is something that I usually associate with medical saline.
