"Dolt"? LOL! Calm down. Why are you getting so worked up about an opposing opinion? No one is forced to read what I write. Doesn't mean I'm not going to write it, though. Get over yourself.

@Cappadocius
Couldn't agree more! Well said.

I hear you. I agree on many points. And I'm not really comparing it to Classic Who. These were the thoughts that struck me as I was watching it. The fact that a lot of these things don't actually work with what's been established, say, two episode previously is what kills me. Plot convenience always…
Why please explain, Professor Mobbs. I missed the class on Psychic Paper. I mean, other than it's been overused for about 8 years now… ;)
Kill the Moon = Boooo!
Mummy on the Orient Express = Orgasm!
KILL THE MOON is pretty much in that territory, though. And say what you want about Classic Who, at least they took the time and effort to work their plots out most of the time.
I think he's exactly in line with Gaiman. Both produced a flawless first episode and a terrible second episode. Room to grow either way.
Agreed. I've loved exactly half of his output. Last week's was flawless. This week's was dreadful. If he can pull more like last week's, I'll be overjoyed.
They already made it. It's a repaint of the Pandorica toy and the same mold as the Time Lord email cube. Marketing 101.
No, I think I'll post my opinion in whatever fashion and form I prefer. If you don't want to read it because it contradicts your personal tastes, that's your prerogative. No need to try to censor me just because you happened to like something I didn't.
I'm a helluva a lot of fun to watch TV with. Of course, being fun doesn't mean I can't call bullshit when I see it. I don't swallow trite fluff like this without a word. You should have been here last week when I praised that episode.
I know, given that this is the first time I've posted in these review comment sections, I can see how that would surprise you…. ;)
EDIT: On retrospect, after discussion and debate here with others, I have to actually agree I was too harsh with some of my points/complaints. Also, some of them come off as just nitpicky. So, I have tried to edit down my initial post and left what I feel still bothers me and some of my opinion over all. Not that I…

Source?
The New York Times is owned by NYT Incorporated which is owned by
Altheon Ballistic Dynamics which is owned by the Murdoch family who are
owned…..by Halliburton!!
@corruptintenz No one knows what you're talking about, freakshow. Keep it in your pants.
Spot-on, Much Loved. Well reasoned, man. I hope you practice law because you certainly seem to inherently understand it. There have always been those rumors floating around about the Elfquest issue. But it was always the stuff of unsubstantiated rumors and hearsay.
corruptintenz: "I can't provide any source because I was making shit up off the top of my head to sound informed. Now I'll say a lot empty phrases in an effort to avoid appearing clueless, but will simply come off like a drunk computer who speaks English as a second language."
You misspelled "writers"…
