@Rachel Fogg: Ah... I was thinking about the original definition of Emo, which was the kid who listend to whiny indie music and wore tight clothes etc.

@Squiffy: I wasn't saying that Halo wars was bad or anything, just wondering how the long term slaes reception was...

@Rachel Fogg: Is there ever a sufficient reason to be overtly emo?

@Squiffy: Didn't they try that with Halo Wars? How did that game pan out in the long run?

@nick111: Nope... Sorry for the false hope.

@fanboyish: How often does kotaku review a game a week before release?

@Shawnrw222: you can't discount this mans or womans opinion like that. its his game of the year, who gives a shit what you or major reviewers think.

@fanboyish: So that non regular readers who come for the reviews only will be able to find it today.

@enaero: I never wait in the fuckin lines... I show up at midnight and walk out with the game no later than 1205.

@PxDnNinja: Not to be an asshole, but how do you figure that Dantes had better level design than God of War III? Considering it comes out next Tuesday...

@madog: Its funny you mention that you would be happy just watching it because the same kind of thing happened with me.

@emwurst: I'm fairly sure if you watch some developer diaries that came with the GoW collection they mention it and say, basically the brother thing was kind of just a thing among some of the lead developers and that Sony wanted to go a different way.

@1Mystic-G: Typically I'd be with you but it is CryEngine 3. Sooo I'm gonna go ahead and believe this one.

I was so pumped to discover that Crysis 2 is making its way to at least the PS3 as well as PC (not sure about Xbox...) I loved the first one, but have since turned in my gaming rig for a more modest "work" setup and a PS3. So I can't wait for it. Just don't make me go back into that stupid spaceship.

@PatrickSwayze: Its not as ha ha funny, but its still there. Haggard has kinda grown up a little... which is sad.

BAHAHAHAHA... i was just going through the campaign...
