Rubbish. Only the spindle length induces torque steer from engine torque. Scrub radius induces torque steer from BRAKING, not engine torque. 99% of modern cars with strut, double wishbone or multi link front suspension have a scrub radius close to zero.

I think people are missing the point. Any test, whether it be a car emissions test, a school history test or a driving test is only every indicative of performance. It is no guarantee that the performance is the same in all possible conditions.
