I was utterly disappointed that doomsday-preppers were frantically stocking up for a Hillary presidency. I thought they were among the most analytic and paranoid sects of the libertarians. Turns out they were just partisan hacks like evangelicals.

The key here is the setting. They’d be more apt to listen during a college course (and the college course itself is designed for the specific purpose of educations) than they would to one of their dem colleagues whom they intrinsically hate (peer pressure ya’know), a liberal protester, or someone on facebook.
