Awesome, I can't wait. Chrome has been growing on me lately. The second there's an ad block extension I'll permanently move over. Especially since I've had the dreaded Google-cookie-disappearing bug every since FF3 was installed. I have tried everything but FF still logs me out of my Google account every time I

C'mon, seriously. Tab Mix Plus is bloat? Firefox 3 is bloat. Personally I'd rather RMB with Tab Mix Plus than open up a two-level history menu.

@Afi Scruggs: Thanks! I live on the umpteenth floor of an apartment building in the city. My project for this spring is to start a container garden on my balcony. I'll definitely look into "lasagna" gardening.

Gotta say, I starting using the Netvibes reader and it is way sweet. Wish that had come up on the "what's hot" list in my Google Reader months ago :)

I use FF3 at home, but I'm still using FF2 portable at work just because I'm too lazy to upgrade my thumb drive.

Doesn't work in my Outlook 2007. I get a message that says I have no appointments for those dates, even though I have my vacation time spanning the dates.

This sorta just proves my theory that PhD students have lost their grip on reality. Email has become a part of life, and life needs constant attention. Sorry, but you can't actually escape from some responsibilities. Try retirement. Or, try staying in school for decades ;)

And this is exactly the reason why I don't use flex accounts: the mad rush to waste your money at the end of the year. Is the savings on taxes better than the worthless stuff you buy at the end of the year?

I'm still hanging on to FF2, thank you very much.

@dorkomatic: Agreed...this is like reading a list of the top 10 photographs people looked at.

Meh, I can't be bothered. I love RTM's integration into gMail and gCal. The only thing lacking for me is to be able to turn emails into tasks (a la Outlook), but I'm not going to convert all my tasks over to gTask (?) just for that.

I'd have to see a lot more examples before I got excited about it. Seems like it'd work great until the web page template changes.

Without warning? Were we supposed to get an email first?

A find and replace for web pages...I guess that one just went way over my head.

How many shows are there like this now? I want realism in my 4 hour workweek show. How about coming into a consulting firm and joining a project team, without knowing a thing about the subject you're supposed to be creating a solution for? OOOOH can Tim learn the ins and outs of this Excel 2007 logistics model

@Kiltman67: I couldn't agree more. I went back to FF2 about a week after installing FF3. I had such problems moving my add-ons over and getting my cookies to work I just gave up. Besides being gimmicky, I found it intrusive. Same reason I don't go to Chrome — I wish browsers would stop trying to guess at where I

Well. I actually love getting morning coffee and afternoon coffee, and I can appreciate a good cup of coffee (not necessarily Starbucks) Naturally, if I didn't go, I wouldn't spend that money. But you can make that argument about almost everything *you* don't enjoy that someone else does.

The last time I heard someone actually using a Windows sound theme was sometime around 1993.

It's really a shame that so many people have jumped on the "Vista Blows" bandwagon, which I'm sure has as much to do with Apple's ad campaign than anything else.
