As it is a “revenge story” I assumed the ending would be something I’ve seen before in other films, but Oh S***!  This I was not expecting.  Very body-horror-esque and a perfect form of retribution for her character.  Bravo George Miller!

We can play Right Wing Media Bingo with this guy:

Man, oh, man how I hate this argument, simply because nearly everyone gets it wrong. You aren’t innocent until proven guilty. You are presumed innocent until proven guilty. That one word makes a big difference.

“In this country, you’re innocent until proven guilty” which is why I pulled a gun on an innocent man until he proved he wasn’t guilty. Flawless victory.

“And everybody knows what’s going on in this country with fentanyl and child trafficking and rape. Terrible stuff.””

Ah yes, those child traffickers who famously return children to their homes safely.

Actions have consequences, and honestly when was the last time you saw someone pulled down by the cops for something, they claim to be “sovereign citizens”, and got to walk away Scott-free? It does not happen. Woe betide those who cross a man who ACTUALLY is a Sovereign Citizen, a nation onto themselves... if such a

I love people who believe deeply that they understand the law and by invoking laws as if they are an absolute shield and the authorities will immediately go, “Well, you got us there! Have a nice day!”

Jesus...calling an LEO a bitch is never a good start. Those officers showed admirable restraint, IMO.

I was both impressed and disappointed in the level of restraint.

“Third time this week, Chuck! FFS!"

I see a lot of people forget that.  You might have the right to do (or not do) something.  You also get to suffer the consequences from that decision.

No they shouldn’t.  It’s fucking stupid.  This is not how you change bad policy.

These are the same guys who say “he should have just complied” when the brown guy gets shot.

For a guy invoking his right to remain silent, he’s pretty loud.

Tell me that things didn’t get worse in the US because of 2016.

I have absolutely zero sympathy for these idiots and I’m frankly amazed with how calm the officers were able to remain in that situation.

Until I heard the lawyer-passenger say “my brother” I was wondering why the driver didn’t tell him to STFU.

Plus, that $38k in Uber fees were never his to start with? Doesn’t Uber collect everything, and then pay him out what he is owed? Attributing that $38k in fees as if it were his income, seems a bit silly from a book keeping perspective. Seems like the article should really say that the Uber driver generated $103k in
