A late model car is not an investment vehicle, its value doesn’t go up and down and up and down.
Does it though? Where would this knowledge be?
An EV battery replacement is also a lot simpler and quicker than an engine rebuild. Doesn’t mean it’s cheaper.
The quickest analog for this whole stainless steel issue is - the restaurant industry. Virtually everything is made of stainless steel.
Counterpoint: brodozers are already commuter queens, and the popularity of low-profile knobbies shows that owners have finally accepted that.
Not going to appeal to the Bro’s. These will always be a pavement princess.
Seems like a fun car, but I wouldn’t know.
The Kappa cars (Sky/Solstice) are certainly fun little machines. But even though this one is “rare”, don’t blow up your bank account to buy one. If you are going to spend Corvette money, then just buy the Corvette.

+2 for Kryptonite lock, +1 for insurance (which, weirdly, hadn’t occurred to me for a bike), and +1 for an alarm. Thanks all.
I hadn’t even considered this, great option....thank you!
Yeah, if I still lived in a rural suburb, I don’t think an e-bike would have been worth it. 45 mph roads get 60 mph traffic with no sidewalks, so even going for a recreational ride would have been far too dangerous. The best I could have done was drive out to some nearby mountain biking trails and ridden those.
I get it, illness forced me to ebike this year what a savior! Get some saddle time in and you'll soon be lighting matches with your butt.

My friend, I would like you to do a quick mental exercise. I would like you to close your eyes and picture the average American. Then I want you to think about the fact that this means half the country is dumber than that.
Franchise dealerships are a relic of the past and need to go away. All they do at this point is add another layer of business between you and your purchase of a car that adds on extra cost to the car. If I could save 1k dollars by buying directly from Ford, for example, I would do it in a heartbeat.
Car dealers love whatever cars turn the fastest and make them the most gross. They really don’t care what models they sell, only that they have access to inventory that turns fast.
