You don’t pay taxes on the increase in your home value, just like present day stocks.
I’ve helped a number of people find new cars this year and honestly the dealership experience can still be so bad that I’d rather test antifreeze by taste.
This is absolutely true.
That might be true for snow, but I’d argue there’s increased stability and control in the rain with AWDs, though I haven’t looked at collision data.
Right that was my question. I have a Subaru, but I don’t subscribe to Starlink. Does GM have to give access to this data as well?
Quick question because I have a Subaru but I do not subscribe to Starlink. Isn’t this their version of OnStar by GM?
Call me crazy, but my dad had a 1984 stick shift Chevette that was indestructible. Perhaps it was the ONLY one. That car was used for everything, including semi-off roading and driving to college. I know we occasionally changed the oil because I’d drive it over a ditch and use it as a country grease pit.
Wow that’s really awful. I know South Carolina has problems, but this is one we seem to have in our grasp.
Yeah, I think everyone is right about his actual intentions. However, if I’m the bicyclists’ lawyer, I’m walking in with “A reasonable person would have known that the actions he was undertaking could have resulted in personal injury and possible death. Just by him menacing the bicyclists with ‘rolling coal’ he…
Also ... couldn’t he have called twice maybe three times before giving up?
I have to agree. I was surprised. The marketing photos (obviously) looked amazing, and I wanted to love it, but when I saw one in person, I honestly thought it was a scaled down Jeep Compass.
I agree with you on all that. Also, I’m pretty sure the buyer thought he had agreed to a price ahead of time.
Don’t you think part of this confusion comes from the ordering and reservation system, though, versus buying off the lot? I think buying straight off the lot is different, and few people have experience with ordering a car.
“Oh, you thought you were signing that thing we were talking about. No, sorry, we were signing that other thing that said if the thing that you want comes in then we’ll agree to sell you that thing you wanted but, you know, depending on how much I can get for that thing that we agreed to order, it might not be the…
Dogs always represent more than just dogs. Ask Theon. He’ll tell you.
I presumed the poster also meant not being able to transfer tech that you paid for to a new owner, such as the software battery upgrades. Also, the whole turning off fast-charging for cars for cars that have been wrecked and then repaired but not by Tesla. That has since been reversed, but I think it’s the philosophy.
Is this like The Dale? Another 3-wheel car.
There are a lot of things that I find logical about Canada.
Loud horn is a great idea. Wish I’d had one when I had my Miata (RIP, little green car 2009-2015). Every morning, I had some pickup or merging sedan nearly run into me. Sure, it’s a small car, but check your blind spots!
