hahaha

huh?

“we need way more diversity in national news rooms”

the human race was arguably supposed to get smarter about society, culture, inclusiveness and representation in the media we consume

Honestly, there might be a trans actor in EVERY film that I watch, and I wouldn’t know. I only care that they can act and carry the part and portray the character in a significant and meaningful way. It really doesn’t matter as long as they have the talent and skill to carry the film. If these actors are being

So for Hollywood to take a random cis dude, stick him in a dress, and call him a trans woman (as has been done several times before)...

Yep, in most states threatening bodily harm is a crime. That’s not protected, but you can say it.

(necessarily because I’m sure someone can figure a situation out where it might be)

Not unless she gets retried.

Yup, you’re definitely on point. It’s an issue of protected speech. Yelling “Fire!” in a crowded theater that’s not on fire that results in the death of people who get trampled isn’t necessarily protected speech. (necessarily because I’m sure someone can figure a situation out where it might be)

Michael,

Gotta test the A/V because it never works right the first time. NEVER.

It’s not being ignored. It has been reported accurately for a long time. You just haven’t seen it. Don’t presume that someone isn’t doing their job because you didn’t noticed until now.

Come on, man! I’m trying to talk myself out of a new car, though the though of checking off another MT sale for Subaru does make my feel all warm inside.

Indeed. I bought it in 2015 just as the 2016s were hitting the market. Subaru keeps wanting to take it back for a new one, but I have a lot of equity in it, having put $10k down.

Yup, me too. WRX, 2016, 73,000 miles driven nearly every day.

Ha! She bought that WRX for herself.

Blah blah blah, does that really matter. Why not get an old one and a new one, support the line coming and going.

Yeah, you gotta adjust the seat (not just the forward and back but the nudge up and down), and the WRX has a tight clutch. As a daily driver, I don’t always enjoy the stop and go traffic, but I always enjoy the drive. I’m at 6'1" too.

I know it’s a subtle difference for most people, but the cut and trim and body of the BRZ just looks better than the 86. I have a WRX manual even though I liked the BRZ cause I really needed those two extra doors for my big-headed Neapolitan mastiff to hang his drool out of.
