Wasn’t the whole “#s” moniker used for the smaller iteration of the latest generation?

Why is everyone glancing over the fact it was a BB gun?
BB Guns are legal almost everywhere in the world.
BB guns aren’t “heavily armed citizenry”, they even have BB guns in Britain.
I get that, it just seems his phrasing was off
Kind of confusing, as the only defining feature for “Amiibo” for me and most people I know is the NFC part, lol
This was the one question I was thinking about during the whole article. What makes them “Amiibo” at all if they aren’t NFC? WE NEED MORE INFORMATION!
Even at a stop light, it’s a shitty thing to do. The road isn’t a place for horseplay.
That’s more work than you need to clone Pokemon and create perfect IV/EV dupes. You don’t even need to touch the saves. Hell, if they were truly worried about this, they wouldn’t have ever released the Pokebank
All of which is highly possible with client-side saves anyway, and they have no way of validating them with how far the hacks have come. If anything, if they’re worried about cheaters on Pokemon, disallowing Cloud Saving is the least succesful method to do so.
This is silly. Spider-Man has always used an NYPD tap to help find criminals he doesn’t catch with his own Spidey-Sense. This has always been a thing. Get over yourself.
There have been lots of Spider-Man games.....
The kind of cheating this helps isn’t really a kind that tournament level pokemon cares about.
Where is it mentioned?
Pokemon isn’t one of the games on this list of games that are worried about cheating.
For games where they’re worried about cheating, yes. Absolutely. Splatoon 2 is an always online game anyway other than the campaign bits (I don’t know if 2 has a campaign)
I’m talking specifically about the games where they’re worried about cheating.
Simple solution: Force save on trades and get rid of client-side saves.
While it’s true there are examples, it’s very rarely the case. I’m not saying it’s never the case, but people seem to act like that’s how it always is, which is annoying.
Or you all could grow up and be professional adults instead of bad-mouthed children...
