I don’t know how it works in other parts of the world of course, but where I am the restrictions on a passport photo are so many and so specific, that you almost invariably end up looking like a psycho when…

What about common road and bridge weight limits in Europe? I seem to recall that there was a common residential road weight limit in the USA that many large SUVs violated. And someone noticed and pointed it out but nothing really happened AFAIK, because cops don’t go around busting Ford Boheamiaths for weight…
