Officer Bubbles is a fascist pig that is emblematic of everything that could possibly go wrong in an officer of the law. You know, without tasing grannies and shooting 7 year olds. Still a dick though.

Meh, the heavy-handed and inept attempts at "relevancy" and the complete lack of a focused narrative made me stop caring after the first 4 episodes or so. Too bad, because Alan Tudyk, Moreena Baccarin, and Elizabeth Mitchel are all amazing actors.
