Makes sense! Totally viable reason to flip your watch face over. Similar to why I, a rightie, wear my watch on my right wrist, so the crown points up my arm instead of at my hand.

To be fair, lots of people wear their watch faces toward the inside of their wrist as a fashion trend (whether I agree with it or not is another story).

This only weighed 4 tons? VW Bug's weighed nearly a ton all on their own!

...eye seeeeeee youuuuuu...?

I was literally about to post this exact same picture.

I'm a bigger fan of shaving soap. I've been using i Coloniali Mango Oil soave soap for years and it's pretty amazing. I prefer soap, in general, over cream because it feels less oily.

That's just not true. I could go into detail, but I won't because, again, that's just .. nonsensical and not true.

I agree with everyone you said but the first statement. The "limitations" are an inherent benefit for a certain style of photography. I shoot with a full Canon 1D X, a 1D Mark IV, and a Leica M9. I use the M9 90% of the time, except while on specific assignments, and turn off the rear screen. I love being able to

I think you're mixing up Popular Mechanics and Mechanix Illustrated in the credit for "25 awesome covers" as the magazine is called "Popular Mechanics," not "Popular Mechanix." I could be wrong, but the covers you listed all spell it "-cs."

Any idea on rollout dates? I see it hasn't been updated for Android yet, either.

The only major reason would be for Active Notifications. I know Google has their own version, but supposedly it's not quite the same and wakes the entire display, instead of just a segment of it. That and Moto's app catalogue that you can only use with a compatible Motorola device.

I grew up and live in Manhattan and have flown out of LaGuardia at least 40 times. Yes, it's old and dated, but I'd easily say that LAX or half the terminals in Newark are better than LaGuardia. I mean, have you been to Kansas City's airport? It's the smallest, strangest, possibly least secure international airport

I'm curious how these numbers will be affected by the number of people who tend to live in one area. I have a feeling LaGuardia will win this simply because a larger proportion of voters live in NYC and have had any number of terrible experiences there.

Hah, I went to college with Ali Spagnola and I love seeing how successful she's been. Hope her app is as successful as her music!

This isn't necessarily true. There are multiple types of drone - UAS (Unmanned Arial Systems), UAV (Unmanned Arial Vehicles), RPAS (Remotely Piloted Air Systems), and MA (Model Aircrafts). All that denotes a drone is that it does not have a pilot onboard. The drone in this article would be a RPAS (Remote Piloted

I switched a while back from iOS to Android. I had a bunch of HTC's (One X, One X+, One) and was disappointed. I finally got the Nexus 5, and let me tell you, it made the switch 100% painless. They got that phone right, with the OS feeling clean, customizable, and having the fewest issues with the overlay, as there

Hipsters don't often live that much north. Go south a few miles and then east over the river to Williamsburg.

A little less terrifying, but not by much! Still by Willard Scott, I believe.

What in the name of all things holy would you realistically do with 11lbs of this stuff? Oh wait...

Get me some while you're at it. I'll come pick it up from the Giz offices.
