No desire to see it, DC has just been to lackluster. There’s no history, no connection with the world. Plus. Never really followed WW in comics, other than the masterpiece that was Kingdom Come.

After BvS I’m just too ‘meh’ regarding DC to really care. Hell, I still haven’t seen Suicide Squad yet.

    The safe word is Booboo.

Your trying to assign logic to the self loathing SJW mindset. Keep that up and you’ll give yourself a stroke.

I’ll wait for Netflix to get it.

That scenario is why I’ve always been attracted to the idea of cyborg technology. Even as a kid watching RoboCop ( the 5-10 minutes my mom would allow ) the realization of how genuinely weak flesh is hit me. Not wanting to risk augmentation of my brain though, I would jump at the chance to slowly integrate mechanics

Tempest in a Teapot is just about all the writers of the Gawker family seem capable. I have to sift through so much Social Justice Warrior claptrap just to get to some good sci-fi and comics stuff. Wonder how long it’ll be till this comment isn’t grayed out.

Realistically, everyone would be afraid of Superman.

After a VERY cursory review of what’s going on in this award; I have to wonder why these industry award shows are even relevant anymore? I see this along the same vein as all the other self congratulatory shows like the Oscars, Emmys, etc. Most people don’t filter potential reading material based on it’s award status.

Sometimes it’s a simple as being in an intensive care unit for a long time. Add to that being on lots of IV fluid.

That’s one of the big reasons people with a modest amount of land/time should at least attempt to raise their own livestock. Something even as simple as chickens and rabbits provide huge amounts of protein. As someone raised on free range eggs, you can even see a difference in the color of the yolk as compared to a

Ten years as a nursing assistant, I’ve seen far worse than that picture, think a level of edema more in line with a toy from childhood. That doesn’t even begin to touch on scrotal edema......think about carrying a painful cantaloupe between your legs.

I would have to disagree on the refractory period piece, true we can’t get rapid fire capabilities. But, prolactin is the cause of one of life’s great pleasures; the post-sex nap.

Not quite sure what that gif signified.

    Now playing

Thought there were some interesting points made here.

To be honest, all the brouhaha about the “all female cast” has really turned me away from this movie. I even genuinely liked Bridesmaids too. I really feel that the characters’ gender is going to play way too big a part in this movie to really make it genuinely funny. Do I think it’s going to be misandry, no; but the

“When did people start to associate being white with being boring?”

I know, right.....and it was just soooooo surprising that they, of course cast some bland black man as T’Challa. I mean c’mon let’s have some diversity!!!

How dare you inject actual facts and logic into this! Didn’t you know that we white males wake up every morning and rub our hands together Mr Burns style just thinking of how we can victimize people?

I think it’s touching, someone felt strongly enough that this child deserved a chance at some peace in death and, I’m only guessing a shot at paradise eventually. They were willing to break the church’s rules to give this child some form of proper burial.
