You can be a 60 year old whitey and be enlightened and cultural (not just “think” you are) and I think this hypothetical whitey should have every right to make a documentary about a subject from another culture if they’re motivated, passionate and educated.

Correct me if I’m wrong here, but it seems that your lede is “too many people are going to the movies,” but your conclusion is “very few people are going to the movies.” Do I have that right?

I guess you’d rather have Mark in Transformers 19 than an anti-bullying, probably inspirational film targeted at the straight, cis males who are most responsible for bullying. 

Not every powerful story makes a good screenplay. There’s plenty of activists with compelling stories and plenty of victims who deserve acknowledgement, but that doesn’t mean a film about them will be any good.

You should go back and read every one of them. You’re like (to use your favorite nomenclature) an incel doing an impression of a chad to make himself feel better.  I love your performance.
