I had this actual conversation with a trucker at a gas station Subway in Arkansas. He insisted Trump was super successful and his bankruptcies were due to his divorces, and not actually business decisions.

One, Michael Avenatti becomes more and more attractive every time I see him. Two, on top of everything else, the Right has turned on Trump for the Syria bombings. Alex Jones was literally crying on Twitter after it happened. These people are nuts.

He thought of them as his power over others (that is, whoever else is on the recordings) and thus will protect him. It’s like he’s got a giant dragon that’s constantly setting his roof on fire and eating family members but it makes him feel badass so he won’t get rid of it.
