Please, don’t get me wrong. Flying the flag they do is still wrong. It does represent the fight to continue slavery. I just think people should know what they are protesting so they can be more effective.

That flag everyone calls the confederate flag was never used to represent the Confederate States of America. It was a battle flag carried by the armies so the commanders, who were quite a distance away, could tell where the different units were.
