I thought everyone was like me, and worried incessantly, etc. I also have obsessive thoughts, that I kind of knew weren’t right, but I didn’t think it was an issue. I added anxiety meds to my depression meds cocktail! And yesterday my doctor decided I need to up it - he asked me if I thought I could feel less anxious, and I said I didn’t know that not feeling anxious was an option before, so I think I feel pretty good. We’ll see how it goes!
