42, or 4 and 2

@ScarSquirrel: You heard me. I put some burnt toast with peanut butter out on the back porch this morning by the big oak tree. And now it's gone.

@Super Gizmodoman: Don't worry. The adhesive used is mostly C4 based. All the scientists have to do it push one little button and then all the probes will blow themselves off the seal's heads and float to the surface. It isn't as if the seals will have this stuff glued to their foreheads' forever.

@alek2407: All right... I'm not spending anymore time on this.

@gigabrain: HA HA!! Secret's out Gigabrain. You fell square into my trap... a Squirrel trap to be precise.

@gigabrain: Parents! Who are you kidding Gigabrain? Your parents were a hypodermic needle and a clip board. You appear to me be some sort of T-shirted Hamster super demon (who may or may not have a price tag clipped to his ear).

@Willard Fillmore: No. That's the point. Mac users are far too public. I mean... what's the point of owning a Mac if people don't see you using it, right?

No!

My TI-86 is right here next to me as I type this. Had to buy it for a freshman Calc course far too long ago. It's been living in my bag for 13 years. (Bags have changed, it hasn't). Been all around the world with me.

@Facebook: This is not the exact same type of thing because the services provided by Geico and the fire department are completely different.

@Trebuchet: Or! They could have put out the fire and sent them a bill for $75 since that was the initial sum of money in dispute. It's the government so they could have tossed in a few late fees to bump it up to an even $100. You know... to teach those Cranicks a lesson.

@MyNameIsTooAwesome: What if someone was in there, or if the wind picked up and spread it quickly, or if it ignited Mr. Cranick's collection of antique dynamite...

Two dimensional.

I laughed a great deal. But he just missed one point. He touched on it, but didn't quite get it; those people who use 15 quotes from counter-culture icons in their signature line for even the most banal and trite email.

@Mike Worldcrusher: And for the record Worldcrusher*, I'd steer clear of comparing events like Chernobyl to Hiroshima. And I realize that your point was that neither is funny, but more importantly one was a horrific accident, while the other was a conscious act during a time of war.

@Mike Worldcrusher: "acquaintances of my family (most are not Russian) are still struggling with the effects"

@MarcusMaximus: Oops... Always something. I forgot to square the 0.9. Yeah... 9.8 is my answer too.
