Yeah, and that’s perfectly understandable. I’m thinking I might be inclined to confront the hostile party myself, mostly because I’d find that more mentally satisfying.

Let’s note the very different takes from Jezebel on two very similar events here. Amy Schumer mocks Trump at a show and gets positive coverage; Dave Chapelle mocks Hillary at a show and gets negative coverage.

Hell, Trump supporters will use Trump’s infidelity as a reason to not vote for Hillary.

Here’s the thing, I don’t care who fucks who. I care who’s going to do the job that needs to be done. Odds are that most every elected official in Washington has banged a secretary, an intern, or each other at one time or another. I don’t care. We’re all human.

Yeah, how could you disregard the blatant truth from these bastions of integrity.

To be honest, I also don’t care about Trump’s consensual affairs. We’d probably have to get rid of 99% of all politicians if we gave a shit about consensual affairs, particularly when the participants are smart enough to keep it all under wraps (unlike tweein’ Weiner).

Is that what we’ve come to? We’re question the great National Inquirer’s journalistic integrity? A staple of the supermarket tabloids for decades. Their legacy of hard hitting journalism has informed the opinions of millions.

C’mon. THIS is the best we can do? The guy’s a fucking monster, and patting someone (his wife???) on the ass 22 years ago is somehow damning?

This seems like a real reach to me. Boyfriends and girlfriends too will pat each other on the ass playfully. He actually looked embarrassed that it was caught on camera, not double-checking to make sure they got it on film.
