“Fear is a great indicator of truth.”
How withering. You must find this whole comment thread so tiresome.
“The vast majority of men have always opposed any progress regarding women’s rights.”
“It has long been an unspoken code among them. It worked horribly well as long as they were taken seriously.”

“You want to challenge my knowledge of civics?”
“And Irish media have a habit of underestimating the turnout for pro-Choice protests.”
“It is witty but doesn’t make much sense”
“some women need to learn to lighten up a little bit. If you don’t learn how to have fun and take compliments then people will just stop giving them to you.”
“However, the rest of it isn’t that great in my opinion”
“Some men want to rebel against society but instead do it in the most conventional way that punishes their wives.
Standard for europe. I sometimes borrow my mothers car and if I mention to anyone it’s an automatic I am then obliged to explain why (she has a leg disability) because it is not the norm here.

You don’t geddit.
It’s great that libraries are evolving like this. They are great public spaces to have regardless and I’d hate to see them disappear in the future.
