This is interesting. Did you and your siblings eat like that growing up as well? I think I’m brainwashed into eating 3 times a day. I don’t even realise or consider whether I’m hungry or not. Breakfast, lunch, dinner like it’s programmed into my brain. I don’t think I really need half of what I eat at all.
