Torment at level 45 is completely different from Torment at level 60, its an added modifier on top of level based difficulty. With good reduced level gear you should be able to coast through for a while but if it takes too long to get through enemies reducing the difficulty can end up being faster for leveling.

Media Monkey is my goto program for tagging and organizing but its habit of rescanning the entire library every startup makes large libraries very unwieldy. I now mainly use TheGodfather as a way to preemptively organize and tag new music before importing it into the main library.
