So, my main musical endeavor of the past three days has been listening to every single (non-Passengers) studio album that U2 has put out. I've never been a big fan, so I had a lot of gaps in my knowledge of them. I guess, uh, though these are largely first impressions (as I'd heard quite a few songs, just not together

Shit, then. I don't know.

Moisturize.

Since SBT was talking it up earlier, here're my…

I swear, one day Great Job, Internet! will just be a video of some dude pissing his name in snow.

I feel scared about being called a loyal customer of Comcast in the same way that I'd be scared if I had an infrequently spoken to neighbor (who may or may not possess a dungeon) tell me he wanted to take our relationship to the "next level."

"Gary thinks we should keep up with the crawl because they know what we're doing, but they don't know that we know what they're doing. And, basically, no one else has a better idea, so fuck it!"

Ahem! Someone whose surname rhymes with "class" and "splendor" would like to have a word with you on the subject of excellent screen Michaels.

Any comment that's above a certain wordcount threshold isn't included. So you can't find, say, Narrator's cinematography series in there. The largest post I've found was almost 700 words, so I don't know exactly what the threshold is. Everything else should be there, unless it has links.

He is the chancellor of all the big ones! I love his genius! I am the most his close personal friend!

I know it's not cool for people to laugh at their own jokes, but I was giggling at that for a while after I thought of it. Originally it was just going to be the old woman from the "Come to Daddy" video, but Wes Anderson was much funnier.

Hey, SBT. Welcome to my corner of the shop again. Do you need my help with anything?

Not yet, though I hope to listen to it tomorrow. Really dug "minipops 67", so I've got high hopes. Have you heard it?

(Obviously I'm not linking you to this garbage. It'd just give them more views and encouragement.)

They're two of my favorite Mountain Goats albums so…report back with your findings when you're done. There's no boombox in either of them, but Tallahassee has a few more aggressive songs, however they're not as atonal as his earlier stuff. Get Lonely is sparse and quiet all the way through, and can be quite
