The Last Airbender. I went to see it on one of the first dates I had with my partner. We have been together for seven years now and I still give him shit for dragging me to that flaming piece of hot garbage.

Wesley is just too old at this point, but he was pretty epic in the role. I've thought about Aldis Hodge as Blade for some time now.

She is at a level where she could just do high-priced "event" concerts a few times a year, kind of like Streisand. 121 dates is just foolish for someone who so obviously has more than fifteen minutes of fame

I thought: I'm black,I went to a top university and I'm always the first person to start a dialogue about race-I'll love Dear White People! . I was so wrong and I couldn't get through more than five episodes. I just don't see how those characters can be so educated and informed and still be so clueless when it comes

So Much This

The Cosby Show showed an idyllic version of black, upper-middle class family life. That was and still is an important thing to portray. I always felt the real missed opportunity there was showing the sacrifices and hard work that garnering and maintaining that lifestyle entails.
The Conners actually went to work,

I loved Roseanne because my family didn't have very much growing up and it was the only sitcom I could really relate to. I will never forget the episode where Becky finds out that her college fund had been spent on living expenses for the family. It scared me so much that I spent my entire high school career making

How does comic book equal bad acting and dialogue? Comic books can have great stories, plotting and characters.

Shea has comes off as fake to me throughout the season and the crocodile tears while talking to his childhood self was just another example. Not everyone gets emotional that way and that is fine, but faking it is borderline offensive.

So much this.
For me, any use of the N-word is at least somewhat offensive. The N-word basically says: "you are black and that is a bad thing". Why would someone calling what I am a bad thing ever be alright with me? The context in which it is used can only make a "bad thing" worse.

The acting and dialogue in these types of movies is almost never great, but this was pretty bad even for the genre. Why was everyone yelling in order to convey emotion? Someone should tell everyone involved in this film that shouting and acting are not the same thing.

Rose killed her father and Michael and kidnapped her nephew! I really need to find out that Luisa has a brain tumor for me to forgive her.

Manila was never going to win. There were too many weak spots in her game.

I like one obvious "winner" and a couple of dark horses that could have a breakout moment at any time. There's nothing better than a surge from behind…

This was easily my favorite episode of this season.
I'm glad that Nina is gone just so I don't have to hear those other queens trying to cure depression and a lifetime's worth of low self-esteem with kind words. It was pretty insulting for them to repeatedly tell him how he should feel.

Funny, I thought it was a botched take and they decided to keep it in.

The first scene of season four should be Petra and Anezka struggling for control of the gun and Tyler Posey getting hit in the head with a stray bullet.

Every time I think of black people and SNL, I'm always reminded that Whoopi Goldberg said she has never even been asked to host. That just blows my mind.

The actors don't seem age-appropriate for the material. Too young, CW style. Gillies seems like she should still be in grad school if she wants to be a top exec so badly.
Also, she looks like Lindsay Lohan and wouldn't it have been amazing if they had hired her for that role?

I only clicked on this article because I thought Seth Macfarlane was Shawn Hatosy. So disappointing.
