I think we have enough portrayals of women surviving domestic abuse and telling the truth about it to balance out a story like this. If women lying about being abused was the majority of what we saw on TV, I would completely agree with you.

I see your point about making Alex's life even more tragic, but Jo's story has never added up. She was living in her car and acts like she has never had a home or anything nice. How is that possible if she was married to this world-class doctor guy? I would assume they had a home together at some point.

I think of them as having a sibling-like relationship and it should stay that way.

I'm hoping that Jo's husband turns out to be a good guy and tells Alex that Jo made her entire life story up. He can take her away and have her committed for life.

The title card for The Good Doctor looks like it belongs to a sitcom. I was expecting Scrubs meets Doogie Howser.

I thought her segment on Wendy Williams was awkward, but at least Wendy didn't slam her food.

Instead of singing covers, why not have an original song competition? Bravo had something like that a long time ago with Jewel as the host but it wasn't a live show.

Tears? Really? I felt absolutely nothing when they got married. They have always seemed like people who never would have chosen each other in a million years but have slowly grown to love one another due to proximity and resignation. That is more tragic than romantic, imo.

And he works for the police, caused the love of his life to forget that she loved him and was lied to and manipulated by a mentor.

Can we put The Flash on Frequency instead? Flash is sucking so hard lately.

Jared Padalecki is my age…and yes, I do love a good buffet.

Shows geared toward an older audience don't seem to fair well on the CW. Awards season recognition seems to be the only thing that keeps them hanging on.

I would love to see a season of just older, seasoned queens. Drag Race Masters would be awesome.

Words used to describe ourselves and others are adjectives.
I think people are pretty cool with adjectives.

You are talking about prejudice, a different thing entirely. We can all agree that assumptions about individuals based on generalizations about a group are bad things. Words used to describe ourselves and others(labels) are not.
How do you describe who you are or who someone else is without using any labels?
How do

When did labels become "the opposite of understanding"? What is with people hating labels these days?
Labeling is good and mislabeling is bad, imo. Words exist to help us understand the world and I don't see anything wrong with that.

I always thought that Warren wasn't going to cut it as a surgeon and Bailey was going to have to fire/demote her own husband. Still not sure I'm entirely wrong.
I am hoping Jo is going to run away again and maybe her husband will kill Delucca, because everything is Jo's fault.
Maybe Mer can get Edwards a job working for

Hmm…Are you gaslighting me?
I am a huge Fiona Apple fan and she rhymes(often cleverly) on every song I can think of, including Criminal. That Sting song Fortress Around Your Heart rhymes too.

I had to go to IMDb to remember Mike existed! Tell him I think he's hot and he should try to stay alive now that he is the last of his kind.

I've always loved that so many of her songs, including some huge hits, have no rhyme scheme whatsoever. I can't think of any other pop artist to ever do that.
