To opt-in goes against my theory of corporate optimizing behavior. I haven't seen any artificial entity not want to gather more power and control over their markets to maximize profit and minimize competition.

These computer history posts are a little funny, especially about credit taking. There was so much going on back then.
The machine that underlies a society's operation, the thing that forms the thought patterns of people as they make decisions about one thing or another, is culture.
I don't see a distinction between 'leadership' and 'rank in file' in your post. I agree with what you've said completely, that what has happened is outa whack. But when I think unions, I think of leaders that got elected to the top spots because they could "get more", or if you will, optimize their return for the…
The worst possible job I could imagine?
No really, cows do that. In the yard, in the barn (with the farmer yelling at them telling them to get the eff in their stalls) and everywhere else. When the mooo'd takes you, don'cha know.
I wish they'd had the flags for human women in bars. Would'a saved so much face.
Yeah. They call that "elbowing."
Nope. The collar is going to detect movement and position, and this is movement and position the collar needs to detect. It's the perfect picture. The "farmer's response" is the picture you're talking about.
People can choose to call it what they will, and I won't have anything to say about that. But a body invasive procedure *without consent* that may go against the recommendation of a licensed professional who is now being told what to do by non-professionals *without their consent* [could...possibly]... bring up…
Absolutely. I bought a set of rock maple blocks from a home business in Maine 20 years ago, finished in linseed oil. Those things are still going strong. Just got to keep them dry and wipe them off every now and then. We still have Brio's around, some Waldorf animals, etc.
I have to admit, there isn't a single eco-friendly product I've run across that works as well as the nastiest chemical VOC poison soup product for durability. Which is the reason they made them, of course.
Excellent. Print a copy of a Nakamura Lock (one of the best, most greatest, paper airplane flyers) on the back, and even more fun ensues.
Thank you for reminding me. That was a good one too.
You've conflated having a "brain" with having an IQ above 140. That's an incorrect interpretation of my statement.
Ah yah. You have at least a basic knowledge of the culture. The Asiatic culture is not from around here, and treating it with any American cultural bias is fraught with danger.
It's clear you have an opinion. Not sure Philip's posts track completely, but they do make some basic sense. Yours don't in my opinion. Let's try this another way and see if it fits.
I really enjoyed the coffee articles where there were different viewpoints.
There isn't a single "friend" I have that would say that for a link. They all have brains. I guess that's a weakness of mine.
Funny. The comments are responding to "just click the link" seem to be negative, and rightly so. Except for one tiny little bitty factoid that (I'm interpreting) they missed.
